Our Challenge
The client's original website was essentially a minimal placeholder — it communicated the company's existence, but not its structure, services, or long-term vision. Our goal was to transform this into a fully structured business platform that supports both B2B and B2C use cases. Beyond the redesign, the main technical challenge was implementing a secure document access system. Legal documents should only become available after automated verification of user data (such as customer number and email address). Once validated, the system sends the corresponding documents to the registered email address stored in the internal accounting workflow. At the same time, the architecture had to be built with scalability in mind — preparing the platform for future features such as payment integration, service purchases (e.g. domains), and additional customer tools.
Our Solution
The platform was rebuilt using Next.js, TypeScript (TSX), and Tailwind CSS, resulting in a clean, card-based interface with a strong focus on usability and clarity. The new design establishes a professional, trust-oriented brand presence while keeping the user experience minimal and intuitive. The implemented authentication logic for document access adds a structured security layer and lays the foundation for future automation, including billing workflows and potential payment provider integration. By designing the system in a component-based architecture, the project remains flexible for upcoming expansions — whether that includes direct service purchases, subscription handling, or additional customer dashboard features. However, for internal reasons, the project will not be developed further and will remain as a template for potential future use.
