Monitoring at a glance
We use Sentry and separate uptime monitoring software to identify errors and potential outages early.
Regular maintenance helps prevent security-related outages and prepares you for emergencies. Ongoing updates reduce the risk of known vulnerabilities in software dependencies, keeping your website on a current and stable technical foundation.

No backup, no sympathy. Regular backups help prevent data loss and restore important content in an emergency.
Dependencies and components are reviewed regularly. Required security updates are continuously scheduled.
You receive a detailed PDF report by email covering completed checks, changes, and relevant notes.
For smaller projects where technical currency is the main priority. No hour allowance is included.
For projects that regularly need smaller adjustments, support, or infrastructure work alongside technical maintenance.
Alternatively, an individual maintenance plan with different terms can of course be arranged. Services outside the agreed plan scope and work without an available hour allowance are billed in started 15-minute increments.
Monthly reporting
After each monthly maintenance period, you receive a detailed PDF report by email, keeping you informed about completed work and the current status.
Not every technical question is automatically maintenance, and not every error is automatically a paid additional service. The situation is therefore assessed first.
Potential defects can be reported by email or phone. Phone support is subject to availability and, with the Basic plan, is primarily used to assess warranty and defect matters.
First, we determine whether the cause is a defect on our side, an external disruption, or a subsequent change.
Legitimate warranty remediation is not treated as ordinary additional work. Other work is first deducted from the Complete plan allowance or subsequently billed in 15-minute increments.
Frequently asked questions
The exact arrangement is tailored to each project in the proposal and contract. These answers describe the intended basic model of the plans.
No. Both maintenance plans are offered without hosting. Hosting, domains, licenses, and other third-party costs are paid directly by the customer or handled under a separate agreement.
Where possible, security-critical updates are installed promptly and independently of the regular monthly cycle. The update must genuinely be security-relevant and necessary. Less critical updates are prioritized according to relevance and handled during regular maintenance. Before every update, we check compatibility with the existing system and assess risks to avoid unnecessary outages or functional issues.
It means restoring affected data from an existing backup, for example after confirmed data loss or a comparable incident. In such emergencies, we make every effort to restore the data promptly and return the system to its previous working state.
Prompt notification is important if you suspect a defect covered by the warranty. You can report the issue by email or phone. We then determine whether it is a warranty defect. If confirmed, it is remedied promptly and free of charge.
Additional services outside the included plan and any available allowance are billed in started 15-minute increments
Yes. The allowance is intended for small ongoing tasks within the relevant billing month and cannot be accumulated indefinitely or transferred to later months.
If the specific support arrangement involves processing personal data on behalf of a controller, an appropriate data processing agreement is concluded for both plans. Access scope, processing activities, and responsibilities are defined for the project.
As a rule, we offer our maintenance plans only for projects we developed ourselves. Support for externally developed projects may be possible after an individual review.
